数字医学技术在颧骨高突缩小术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立个体化的数字医学模拟手术设计平台,为颧骨缩小术的术前设计及术中截骨定位提供依据。方法:随机选择22例在珠江医院院整形外科行颧骨肥大缩小术患者,术前均行头部螺旋CT检查,利用MI-3DVS医学图像处理软件,通过亚毫米数字医学技术对图像进行处理,重建颧骨三维数学模型,行颧骨复合体虚拟缩小术,对虚拟手术后有关面部轮廓的11项指标进行三维测量。结果:均获得了颧骨三维数学模型,虚拟手术前后中面宽、下面宽、颧骨宽度、颧弓宽度、颧突距、颧突宽、冠突与颧骨间的距离、冠突与颧弓间的距离、上面宽与中面宽的比值、下面宽与中面宽的比值的有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字医学模拟手术设计平台可建立颧骨三维数学模型,开展数字化个体化的手术设计,利于提高颧骨高突手术的安全性和有效性。
