目的 探讨正加速度(+ Gz)作用下心律失常与心血管功能及其与加速度耐力(+ Gz耐力)的关系。方法 对36名倾斜试验阳性者和62名健康飞行员+ Gz作用下的心电图及动态心电图进行对比分析。结果 倾斜试验阳性者+ Gz耐力低;+ Gz作用下心律失常的发生率高且影响+ Gz耐力。结论 本文结果揭示+ Gz作用下的心律失常可以作为预测心血管代偿功能及+ Gz
Objective To study the relationship between cardiac arrhythmias with cardiovascular function and autonomic nervous regulation in pilots under +Gz acceleration. Methods The dynamic ECG's from 36 orthostatic intolerance pilots and 62 healthy pilots were analysed and compared. Results The orthostatic intolerance pilots had obviously lower +Gz tolerance and more cardiac arrhythmias.The cardiac arrhythmias could affect +Gz tolerance. Conclusion The results indicate that the cardiac arrhythmias under +Gz acceleration can be an index of predicting cardiovascular compensatory function and warning post acceleration (+Gz)induced loss of consciousness (G LOC).
