钻石多面体几何结构特征的频谱分析及应用研究

摘要 采用傅里叶光学分析方法,在空间频域对钻石各表面反射光进行分析,从理论上推导了空间频谱图与钻石表面结构空间特征的对应关系式。并搭建钻石反射光空间频谱检测分析系统实验平台,检测了真实钻石样品,并获取代表钻石身份信息的多面体几何结构特征频谱图,分析了空间频谱图与钻石表面结构特征差异的一一对应关系和空间平移旋转不变性。 The corresponding relation between spatial spectrum and the diamond geometric structure feature is derived by using the optical Fourier transform.An experimental platform for diamond reflected light spatial spectrum detecting analysis system is set up,and the spatial spectrum of a real diamond sample is detected by using this platform.The spatial spectrum of the diamond geometric feature is analyzed,and the characteristics of rotation invariance and translation invariance are discussed.
