摘要
为了解国内PCV2灭活疫苗效力检验用PCV2抗体检测试剂盒的质量,参照农业部第683号公告有关规定,对国内5个厂家生产的5种PCV2抗体检测试剂盒进行了敏感性、特异性和符合率测定,并比较了试剂盒间的符合率。结果表明:5个PCV2抗体检测试剂盒特异性检测结果均在90%左右,但敏感性差异较大(57.7%～100%),且各试剂盒间检测结果的符合率较差(仅为63.2%)。总体来看,国产PCV2抗体检测试剂盒质量参差不齐,仅2个试剂盒适合用于PCV2抗体检测。
To compare 5 domestic kits for PCV2 antibody detection,tests were performed on 57 sera and the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate were demonstrated according to announcement No.683 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People＇s Republic of China.The results showed that their specificity was all about 90% and sensitivity was from 57.7% to 100%.However,there was a poor overall consistency（63.2%） of them.As a whole,the quality of domestic kits for PCV2 antibody detection was uneven,only two kits showed good application value.
