摘要
针对集装箱码头因船舶压港产生的应急调度问题,提出一种基于Memetic算法的泊位应急调度策略.首先,通过人机交互方式确定一系列不同长度的恢复时间;其次,在每段恢复时间内采用Memetic算法对相应船舶集合进行重调度,以实现甩港船舶数最少的优化目标;最后,通过综合分析恢复时间和优化结果确定最终方案.试验结果表明,该优化策略可使集装箱码头在尽量完成船舶作业的同时,以最快速度恢复到正常生产秩序,可供集装箱码头应急决策时参考.
To solve the emergency scheduling problem caused by the overstock of ships in container terminal,a emergency strategy of berth scheduling was proposed based on the Memetic algorithm.Firstly,a series of recovery times with different length were given through the human-computer interaction;secondly,in each recovery time,the berth rescheudling was carried out to minimize the number of rejected ships based on the Memetic algorithm;finally,the final scheme was determined with the recovery times and the optimization results considered.Numberial examples show that the proposed strategy can restore container terminal to normal production order quickly with the load-upload accomplishment for all ships,which can satisfy the decision demands of the emergency management in container terminals.
