提高热带轧机精轧AGC控制精度初探 被引量:1

摘要 武钢热轧厂在设备老化、产品厚度精度下降的情况下,对AGC控制模型及参数进行了分析与修改,通过采用缩小允许锁定偏差值计算公式中的α值,调整GM方式AGC用比例因子值,增加调节量与X射线厚度偏差矛盾值的判断程序,适当放大X射线厚度偏差值等措施,提高了厚度精度,带来了可观的经济效益。 The AGC control model and its related parameters have to be analyzed and revised in view of down grade of the gauge precision of hot rolled products due to the ageing of equipments in the Hot Rolling Mill of WISCO.To improve the gauge precision a number of appropriate measures have been taken including reduction of the α value in the calculation formula for the allowable locking deviation value,adjustment on the value of the proportional factor for AGC in GM mode, increases in the adjustment value and a judge programme for X-ray thickness contradictory deviation value and properly enlargement in the X-ray thickness deviation value.As the results the notable economical benefit has been achieved.
