摘要 高得率浆(HYP)作为一种资源节约型的浆料越来越受到人们的重视。但HYP含有大量木素,易受光、热及环境因素的诱导而返黄。通过在涂料中添加荧光增白剂(OBA)和纳米氧化锌(ZnO),探索其对含HYP涂布纸白度稳定性的影响。结果表明:在涂料中添加OBA增加了涂布纸的初始白度,也有一定的防老化作用。但是添加OBA增加了涂布纸老化前后的色差。纳米ZnO具有很强的吸收紫外线的能力,能够有效地抑制涂布纸返黄。当纳米ZnO用量为5份时,含20%HYP涂布纸的白度稳定性与全化学浆常规涂布纸相当。 High yield pulp (HYP), as a kind of technology for resource- saving, has been paid more and more attention. HYP can get color reversion due to light-inducement because it contains a large quantity of lignin, remains a significant impediment to their wider application. In this research, the effect of OBA and nano ZnO added to coating colors on the brightness stability of HYP containing coated papers was studied. The results show that OBA can increase the initial brightness of the coated paper as well as the brightness of the paper after aging. However, the color differences induced by aging are more noticeable for the OBA-containing papers. On the other hand, due to the high UV absorption ability, the addition of nano-ZnO greatly improves the brightness stability of the paper while reducing color differences caused by aging. At a dosage of 5 parts of nano-ZnO, the brightness stability of coated paper containing 20% HYP is similar to coated paper containing 100% chemical pulps.
