摘要
本文针对舞钢1900mm板坯铸机生产中的漏钢问题进行了认真的分析研究,分别找出了开浇漏钢及浇注过程中漏钢的具体原因,并制订了防范措施,有助于舞钢板坯连铸的顺利生产,供从事连铸工作者借鉴。
This article makes careful analysis and study of break-out problem occurred during production of 1 900mm slab caster of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd,finds out the concrete cause of break-out during casting start and casting process respectively,and works out preventive measures, conducive to smooth production of slab casting of wuyang and can be also used as reference to people engaged in continuous casting
