降脂治疗对新西兰大白兔性激素和促甲状腺激素的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨降脂治疗是否对新西兰大白兔性激素及促甲状腺激素水平存在影响。方法 48只新西兰大白兔平均随机分为:A组(空白对照组),B组(辛伐他汀20 mg/kg组),C组(辛伐他汀40 mg/kg组)。检测用药前及用药10个月后3组LDL-C、血清睾酮、雌二醇、促甲状激素水平。结果与A组比较,B、C组LDL-C、雄兔雌二醇及雌兔睾酮水平下降(P<0.05);3组间促甲状腺激素水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论降脂治疗降低雄兔雌二醇及雌兔睾酮水平,促甲状腺激素水平无明显变化。
