摘要
随着光学薄膜技术的不断发展,光学薄膜器件应用的日益广泛,光学薄膜器件的温度稳定性研究也被提到了极重要的地位。针对这一问题进行了研究,并给出了相应的解决办法。
With the development of optical thin film techniques,the application of optical filters are more and more widely,the temperature stability of optical filters are also brought forward.In order to overcome the temperature shift of optical filers,we investigate the temperature dependence of optical filters and propose the methods that improve the temperature stability of optical filters.
