摘要
结合工程实例分析钻孔灌注桩偏位的原因,介绍钻孔灌注桩偏位的处理方法。首先测量桩的平面偏位情况;然后根据桩偏位和方案优选,提出在桩侧补锚杆静压桩的设计和施工等方面的处理措施。处理后的压力值超过原设计值2倍多,实测建筑物沉降较小且较为均匀,说明处理效果良好。
Combined with a practical example of construction,the causes of deviation on bored pile foundation are analyzed and its treatment method is given.First,the deviation of bored pile is measured.Then the measures using anchor jacked pile to strengthen the foundation for remedy this kind of accidents also are presented from the aspects of construction and design.The ultimate bearing capacity of the treated pile accounts for more 200% of the design capacity.The measured settlement of buildings is small and uniform,indicating that the treatment method achieves the desired result and it can be used for reference.
