摘要
针对TiO2光催化剂目前在实际应用中所面临的可见光利用率低及悬浮体系中光催化剂易失活、难回收的问题,我们将TiO2的改性与固定结合,首先利用溶胶-凝胶方法将TiO2光催化剂负载在多孔性载体活性炭上,然后再通过沉积-沉淀法将AgBr沉积于TiO2表面,得到最终产物Ag/AgBr/TiO2复合物光催化剂,同时利用溶胶-凝胶法在相同条件下合成纯TiO2。通过XRD、SEM和光催化降解次甲基蓝溶液来对比两者的性能。结果显示Ag/AgBr/TiO2/AC具有较好的可见光催化活性,三小时内次甲基蓝溶液的降解率达81.63%,而纯TiO2三小时内只降解了15.74%。
TiO2 powder was seldom used in practical application because of some problem during the photocatalytical process of titanium dioxide.For example,TiO2 powder in suspended system tended to deactivation and was difficult to separate from aqueous solution,so that combination of modifying and immobilization of TiO2 was used.At first,TiO2 immobilized on activated carbon(TiO2/AC) was prepared by sol-gel method.And then using deposition method AgBr can deposite on the surface of TiO2/AC,finally,Ag/AgBr/TiO2/AC photocatalyst was synthesized.Simultaneously,pure TiO2 was prepared using the same sol-gel method and under the same condition.The two photocatalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and their photocatalytic activity under visible light was evaluated by degradation of methylene blue solution.The result showed Ag/AgBr/TiO2/AC had good photocatalytic activity under visible light,within 3 h it can degradate 81.63% of methylene blue solution,while pure TiO2 only 15.74%.
