摘要
研究测定了系列浓度的MEA-TETA复配醇胺水溶液在常温下对CO2的溶解度,以及水溶液和吸收液的表面张力。确定了适于工业应用的MEA-TETA复配体系的组成。实验结果表明,在以TETA为主体的醇胺水溶液中加入适量MEA,CO2吸收速率快,再生能耗降低。
The solubilities of CO2 in series of MEA-TETA aqueous solutions at room temperature and the surface tensions of both aqueous solutions and carbonated solutions were measured.The composition of MEA-TETA-water mixture suitable for industry application was determined.The results showed that adding an appropriate amount of MEA to the aqueous solution of TETA was helpful to increase CO2 loading rate yet decrease the heat of regeneration.
