摘要
高水平教学团队对创建优秀教学团队意义重大。针对目前思政课教学团队存在的主要问题,必须寻找建设思政课优秀教学团队的新对策。
The high quality teaching team is able to yield good results. There are problems of building teaching team of ideological and political theory courses. We must seek some countermeasures to build the excellent teaching team of ideological and political theory couzses.
