摘要
良好的职业认同对教师的成长是一种内驱力,是做好教师职业的心理基础,直接影响到教师的工作绩效,同时对教师个体专业化发展具有促进作用,是稳定教师队伍、提高教师队伍整体素质的基础。免费师范生作为"准教师",作为未来基础教育的主力军,他们的职业认同程度不仅关系到自己今后职业发展目标和职业规划路线的确定,对未来的教育质量也会产生一定的影响。基于此,本研究以陕西师范大学在读免费师范生为调查对象,欲从免费师范生的教师职业认同角度进行考察和分析,调查免费师范生对中小学教师这一职业的认同情况,并以此为依据,试图为免费师范生的教育和培养提出切实可行的建议,进一步推进师范生免费教育政策的发展。
Good professional identity is a driving force for a teacher' s development and a psychological basis of teaching profession. It directly influences a teeher' s performance, promotes teacher' s professional development and serves as a basis for the stability of teaching staff and improvement of teacher' s overall quality. The tuition-free normal students' professional identity is of great significance for their future career development and teaching quality as a whole. This paper made a survey and analysis of the tuition-free normal students' professional identity and puts forward some suggestions for their education and cultivation.
