摘要
提出一种新的估算谱载下疲劳寿命的方法,即累积破坏率法。该方法在对等幅疲劳寿命统计分析的基础上,推导出任意应力下对数疲劳寿命的概率密度函数,从而利用累积破坏概率估算谱载下构件的疲劳寿命。本文利用16Mn与车轮铸钢对该方法进行了验证,结果表明累积破坏概率法能较为准确地进行变幅疲劳寿命的可靠性预测,有较好的工程应用价值。
This article offers a new method for estimating the fatigue life. On the basis of the statistic analysis of the constant amplitude fatigue life, the logarithmic fatigue life probability density function is deduced under arbitrary stress level and then the probability failure accumulative method is used to predict the fatigue life. In this paper, the 16Mn specimen with welded joint and wheel steel are used as examples to verify the method. The result shows that the fatigue life under spectrum loading can be predicted more accurately and reliability by the probability failure accumulative method, and the result also shows that the method is useful in engineering application.
