摘要
目的探讨Bcl-2与Bax的表达与反复自然流产的关系。方法随机选取反复自然流产的患者50例作为实验组,正常妊娠流产患者30例作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测绒毛细胞滋养细胞和合体滋养细胞中Bcl-2和Bax的表达。结果实验组妊娠组织中Bcl-2的表达明显低于对照组,而Bax的表达明显高于对照组。并且Bax及Bcl-2表达呈负相关。结论 Bcl-2低表达,Bax高表达,二者表达失衡可能是发生反复自然流产的重要因素。
