摘要
探讨了一种Ni-PTFE的非电复合镀工艺;着重讨论了各种工艺条件和热处理对镀层性能的影响,并对经过该工艺处理的钢质试样的抗磨性能进行了实验。实验结果证明,热处理对镀层的硬度和耐磨性有较大影响,温度、pH值、表面活性剂对镀层的组成、性能和表面形貌有着重大影响。
This paper introduced a Ni/PTFE electroless composite plating technology, emphatically discussed the effects of technological parameters and heat treatment regime on the properties of plating layer based on the experiments of its wear-resistance. The results showed that heat treatment displayed a great influence on the hardness and wear-resistance, and the temperature. pH value and surfactant were important to the composition, and surface morphology of plating layer.
