摘要
人力资本产权交易是实现人力资本产权的功能和增值的前提,人力资本及其产权的特殊性与交易的复杂性、不确定性决定了其交易模式的多样性、复杂性。人力资本产权交易模式是进行人力资本产权交易的具体方式、过程、渠道与条件的集合,包括存量交易与增量交易,前者包括租赁、转让、拍卖等模式及市场常规交易模式。重点探讨了增量交易与市场交易模式,最后提出人力资本产权交易模式选择和创新方面的结论和建议。
Transaction of human capital property rights is the premise of fulfilling its function and value-adding.The particularity of human capital and its property rights,and complexity,uncertainty of transaction determines the diversity and complexity of its transaction mode.Transaction mode of human capital property rights,which includes stock transaction and incremental transaction,is a combination of specific method,process,channel and conditions,and the stock transaction includes leasehold,transfer,auction and other regular transaction mode.We also make a discussion on incremental transaction and market trade mode,and finally propose the conclusion and suggestions of pattern choice and innovation of human capital property rights.
