摘要
研究了水料比对泡沫混凝土孔结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着水料比的增大,100μm以内小孔比率减小,100~200μm气孔比率增加,孔呈增大趋势,同时气孔变形减小。随着水料比的增加,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度先提高后降低。水料比存在着一个适宜范围,过分增加或降低水料比均导致强度降低。
The present paper studies the influences of water-powder ratio on the pore structure and mechanical of cellular concrete.The result is that with the water-powder increasing,holes ratio decreases within 100 μm,and it increases between 100 to 200 μm,and holes tend to magnify while the pore transformation minishes.With the water-powder increasing,compression strength of cellular concrete improves firstly then lessens.There is an appropriate range of water-powder ratio,so increasing or decreasing it excessively is to lead to strength reduction respectively.
