摘要
离体大鼠心脏缺氧灌注15m in 后,复氧再灌15m in,可诱发氧反常损伤的疾病模型。结果表明,R和T组心肌组织SOD活性后者显著高于前者(P< 0.05),心肌MDA含量则低于前者(P< 0.05)。此外核黄素和川芎嗪还能降低心律失常发生率,提示核黄素和川芎嗪对氧反常心脏均有明显保护作用。
After a 15 min of anoxic Krebs-henseleit(K-H)buffer followed by a 15 min of normal K-H buffer reperfusion , paradoxical oxygen damage models were induced. The results showed that activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)was markedly higher(P<0.05)while the content of myocardial malondialdehyde(MDA) was markedly lower(P<0.05) in Group B and T than in Group R and incidences of reperfusion arrhythmias were reduced by riboflavin and TMP. It is concluded that riboflavin and TMP have significant protective effect on oxygen paradox-induced injury in isolated rat heart.
