摘要
实验表明:随着纯苯聚合物掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度逐渐降低,抗折强度逐渐增加,聚合物最优掺量为10%。扫描电镜显示纯苯聚合物可在水泥石基体内部形成空间网状聚合物膜并显著改善水泥石基体与骨料界面的微观性能,上述作用奠定了聚合物纯苯对混凝土良好的改性效果。
Indicating through the Experiment: with the increase of the content of Pure Benzene polymer, the compressive strength of the concrete decreases gradually but the flexural strength of the concrete improves gradually, and the optimum mixing proportion of the polymer is 10%. Through Scan electron microscope,it shows that Pure Benzene polymer can form interspace reticulate polymer film in the concrete matrix and improve the micro-property of the cement matrix and the aggregate interface. The above mentioned effects establish the good modified effects of the Pure Benzene polymer on concrete.
