摘要
针对湘钢炼铁厂风险管理目前运行情况及存在的问题，阐述了风险管理在钢铁企业的应用及改进方向。通过调研证实，风险管理的持续改进是企业持续发展的必然要求。
This article described the application and improvement direction of risk management in iron and steel enterprise, for the current operation and problems of risk management at Ironwork in Xiangtan Steel. By research, it＇s confirmed that continuous improvement of risk management was necessary requirement for enterprises sustainable development.
