摘要
目的:探讨"截断逆挽方"对慢加急性肝衰竭大鼠血浆内毒素(ET)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠60只,分为正常对照组和肝硬化模型制备组。将肝硬化大鼠分为模型组、等效剂量药物组和小剂量药物组。予D-氨基半乳糖/脂多糖联合攻击,收集血清、血浆及肝组织,检测血清ALT、AST、TBil的含量及血浆ET、血清TNF-α的含量,肝组织病理切片。结果:与模型组比较。等效剂量药物组ALT、AST、TBil含量明显降低,ET含量明显减少,TNF-α水平明显降低,且差异有统计学意义。小剂量组指标改变不明显。结论:"截断逆挽方"可减少血浆ET含量,降低血清TNF-α水平,对肝组织有一定保护作用。等效剂量组作用比较明显。
Objective:To observe the affection of plasma endotoxin and serum Tumor Necrosis Factor a of the experimental model rats of acute-on-chronic liver failure by the prescription of 'truncation and inverse draft.Methods:60 wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n=10)and immunological liver cirrhosis model group(n=50). And then the model group was randomly divided into equivalent dose group, small dose group and model control group. D-galactosamine/lipopolysaceharide was administered, collecting serum, plasma and liver tissues. Routine serum biochemistry was used to test the content ofALT, AST, TBil in serum. Limulus test and ELISA were respectively used to test ET and TNF-α. HE staining the liver tissue. All of the data were compared by each group.Results:Equivalent dose drug group ALT, AST, TBil content was significantly lower than the model, the ET were significantly reduced, TNF-α levels lower than the model group. Compared with the model group, the small dose group has no significant difference.Conclusion:The prescription of 'truncation and inverse dratt' can reduce plasma ET levels, lower serum levels of TNF-α. The equivalent dose were more obviously.
