摘要
综合运用Pro/E、ANSYS、ADAMS三种软件,建立了包含柔性轴、柔性箱体的齿轮箱刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型。分别对模型进行正常和断齿故障2种工况的仿真,得出的仿真结果与理论计算值及实验数据基本一致,验证了该模型的准确性,为借助虚拟样机进行齿轮箱故障诊断和故障信号提取提供了新的思路。
Making use of Pro/E,ANSYS and ADAMS,the paper established rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype of gear box which contained flexible shaft and flexible box.By simulation of model in two conditions of normal and broken teeth,simulation results were consistent with the calculated value and experimental data,which verified correctness of model.And it provided a new idea for gear box fault diagnosis and fault signal extraction with virtual prototype.
