摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对河南省设有排球项目的部分训练单位进行了现状调查分析。结果显示:影响和制约河南省排球后备人才培养与发展的因素有管理因素、人力因素、训练因素和竞赛因素等。针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策,从而为河南省排球后备人才的培养与改革发展提供相关的理论参考和实践依据。
With the methods of bibliography, interview of experts, questionnaire, data statistics, etc. , the paper analyzes the states of particular training departments which have opened the event of volleyball in Henan province. The results indicates that there are some features such as management, manual labor, training and competition which influence and limit the training and development of reserved talents of volleyball in Henan province. In the light of these problems, the paper points out some solutions which offer relevant theoretical reference and practice basis for the training and development of volleyball reserved talents in Henan province.
