摘要 针对矫直加工过程控制中大多采用手动或者半自动控制,加工效率和加工精度受到严重制约的情况,借助工控机控制系统(IPC)的强大数据处理和运算能力,结合自动化控制技术、智能传感技术、现场总线技术等,在矫直知识专家库的基础上,设计出一套全自动化的矫直监控系统,提出了全自动的矫直流程控制策略和矫直工艺参数模糊匹配算法,实现对矫直过程的在线监测和全自动报警控制,再加上控制方式多样,从而使这一套监控系统可以适应复杂的控制需要。 Aimed at the puzzle restricted severely by efficiency, accuracy and semi-automatic control in the straightening control process, by means of strong ability in data processing and operation of industrial computer control system, and combined with technique such as smart sensor, field bus and automation and so on, based on the expert database of straightening knowledge, the paper designed a of straightening monitoring system of full automation. In the paper, it proposed the straightening control strategy and fuzzy matching algorithm of straightening technology, and adopted various sorts of control pattern, and finally it realized the online monitoring of straightening process and alarm control of full automation. The designed monitoring system can satisfy the need of complex control.
