摘要
为了解我国大部分地区农村房屋的结构现状和特性,在全国范围内开展了村镇民居调研活动。本文根据调研结果,统计分析了村镇砌体结构住宅的砌筑方法,归纳了村镇砌体结构的主要结构体系,并详细分析了各种结构体系的抗震性能现状,同时对农村既有砌体结构的抗震构造措施进行了评价。本文的调查结果可为既有村镇住宅改造加固技术的研究提供依据。
The country-wide survey was carried to investigate the structural status and characteristics of the rural houses.According to the result,the construction methods of masonry structures are statisticed,and the main structural systems are summaried and the seismic behaviors in rural stations are analyzed.At the same time,the seismic constructional details are evaluated in this paper.The research conclusion could be referenced to improve seismic strengthening technology for rural houses.
