摘要
农作物病虫害专业化防治是确保粮食丰产丰收的重要途径,是适展现代农业的客观要求,是保证农业生产安全和农业生态环境安全的有效手段。盘山县专业化防治具有了一定的规模性、组织性和较好的服务水平,但也存在资金扶持力度不足、组建专业化防治组织的积极性较差、规模种植程度与机手报酬较低等问题。提出努力争取政策扶持、积极推进土地流转、大力发展专业化防治队伍、提高从业人员技能、规范组织运作机制、强化对农作物病虫害专业化防治的服务指导等对策。
Professional control of crop pest was a main approach to insure crop harvest and the security of crop production and ecological environment. Although professional control of crop pest in Panshan had a good scale, organization and service, the capital support and the enthusiasm for forming the organization was lack. And the scale of planting and the pay for operators were low. Some policies for getting government supports, accelerating land circulation, expending the staff, improving the staff skills, regulating operation mechanism, strengthening the service was also raised.
