摘要
根据创新型人才培养的主要特点,提出了对自主研究性实验教学的需求。分析开放式实验教学面临的问题,比较了自主研究实验教学与开放式实验教学的区别,论述了主研究实验教学的特点和实施方法。初步总结了依托自主研究实验教学培养学员创新能力的人才培养实践,提出了自主研究实验教学体系结构,通过提高自主研究实验教学能力,以促进创新型人才培养的全面发展。
According to the main characteristics of innovative talents training,the requirement of experimental teaching with autonomous research was proposed.With the analysis of some matters in open experimental teaching,autonomous research experimental teaching was compared with open experimental teaching,and its characteristics and implemental methods were discussed.With the summary of talents training practices for cultivating student＇s innovative ability based on autonomous research experimental teaching,the corresponding frame of teaching system was put forward.Through improving the experiment teaching ability with autonomous research,innovative talents training will be roundly promoted and developed in the future.
