摘要
目的比较了两种提取方法在尿儿茶酚胺提取过程中的应用。方法用阴离子固相萃取柱和酸性氧化铝分别提取标准品和尿标本,然后用高效液相色谱联用电化学检测器测定尿儿茶酚胺的含量。结果阴离子固相萃取法的直接萃取率去甲肾上腺素为65%~87%,肾上腺素为57%~88%,多巴胺为68%~84%。酸性氧化铝吸附的直接萃取率去甲肾上腺素为25%~32%,肾上腺素为17%~28%,多巴胺为28%~32%。结论在尿儿茶酚胺提取过程中阴离子固相萃取法的萃取率高于酸性氧化铝吸附法。
Objective To compare two extraction methods in the detection of urine catecholamines.Methods Catecholamine was extracted from urine by anion solid phase extraction column and acidic alumina respectively.The content of catecholamine was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector.Results The absolute recoveries of catecholamine extraction with anion solid phase extraction column were 65% ~87% for norepinephrine,57% ~88% for epinephrine,and 68% ~84% for dopamine.The absolute recoveries of catecholamine extraction with acidic alumina were 25% ~32% for norepinephrine,17% ~28% for epinephrine,and 28%~32% for dopamine.Conclusion The method of catecholamine extraction from urine with anion solid phase extraction column is better than with acidic alumina.
