摘要
机床的振动特性是影响整机精度的重要因素,并最终决定机床的加工性能和零件的加工质量,同时也是衡量机床品质的一个重要指标。基于这一重要性,针对某精密卧式加工中心样机采用先进的仪器设备和实验手段进行了模态试验,测得各阶固有频率、阻尼比和振形等模态参数,通过各阶振形的动画显示使设计人员对机床振动时各部件的振动情况有直观的了解,便于找出其中的薄弱环节,对机床主要部件的动态特性有更全面的掌握。该机床整体结构和重大专项精密卧式加工中心结构类似,所以该试验结果对后续的重大专项机床设计具有重要指导意义。
The dynamic characteristic of machine tool is one of the important factors that affect the performance of the entire machine precision,it decides the performance of machine work and the the process quality of workpiece.At the same time,it is the important index that client evaluates machine quality.The paper acquires the partly inhere frequency,damp ratio and vibration shape mode parameter by making use of advanced test equipment and test way test a kind of precision horizontal machine center mode.Resort to the cartoon show of every section vibration,Designer can know every part librating style straightly when machine librates,and can also find the weak position,master the machine dynamic performance fully.The machine entire structure is the similitude with the structure of important special item.so this experiment result have important instruct meaning to design the machine of important special item in future.
