核壳型轻质高强免烧陶粒的制备及抗震性分析 被引量:2

摘要 核壳型免烧陶粒由EPS珠粒包裹而成,密度小、强度高,具备生产高强抗震混凝土所用粗集料的性能。核壳陶粒表面大量的微孔隙和本身的核壳结构,决定了该陶粒具有的低的弹性模量,所以地震中可以吸收较大的冲击能量,减少了建筑物的开裂。另外,该陶粒具有低的导热能力,以此生产的墙材具备自保温墙体材料节能特征。陶粒混凝土建筑工程造价可降低10%,减少材料运输重量30%~40%,核壳型免烧陶粒综合效益显著。 The core-shell non-burned haydite wrapped by EPS,with the performance of low density,high strength,can produce high strength anti-seismic concrete as coarse aggregate.The large number of micro-pore in the surface of the core-shell haydite and its core-shell structure decide this haydite has a low elastic modulus,so it can absorb large impact energy in earthquake,reduce the cracks of buildings.In addition,this haydite has low thermal conductivity capacity,thus the production of wall materials made by this haydite possess energy-saving features from the wall insulation.Haydite concrete construction cost can be reduced 10%,reduce material transport weight of 30% to 40%,the core-shell non-burned haydite comprehensive benefit significantly.
