摘要
提出了一种由有线通信与无线通信相结合的并应用于数控系统的混合型网络通信系统。利用上位机与下位机结合的操作方式来实现组网,上下位机以基于TCP/IP协议的工业以太网平台连接;另外,数控系统通过虚拟串口技术与外围设备PDA组建蓝牙微微网,PDA可实现数控系统无报警信号的故障诊断功能。上下位机网络通信程序利用Winsock控件在C++Builder6环境中设计;在evb3.0环境中编写了PDA接收数据程序。通过上述方法下位机在正常运行时,CAD、CAM、刀具轨迹、NC代码等信息可以发送给上位机。当数控系统正常运行时,下位机可将加工信息发送给PDA。数控系统中混合型网络通信系统的应用扩大了数控系统的功能同时提高了加工效率。
Wire communication network combining wireless communication,a hybrid network communication system applied in NC system is proposed,in which the operation mode of the upper computer combining the lower computer is adopted to create wire communication network.The lower computer is connected with the upper computer by the network cables and Ethernet switchboard which is adopted as the platform based on TCP/IP protocol.Besides,NC system is connected with PDA by virtual serial port technology to create Piconet and diagnose the no-alarm fault in virtual of Bluetooth technology.The communication program for Upper computer and the lower computer is designed in virtual of Winsock technology in C++Builder6.while the PDA receiving data module program is compiled by evb3.0.In the experiment based on the method above,many functions,including CAD,CAM,cutter location calculating,NC code generation and so on,are achieved in upper computer to increase functions in NC system while the lower computer normally running.When the lower computer is connected with PDA,process information is successfully transferred to PDA to increase maintainable efficiency while NC system is running.The hybrid network communication system applied in NC system to increase functions and maintainable efficiency.
