摘要 通过对混凝土泵车动力系统的分析,得出混凝土泵车油耗高的几点原因。针对这些原因,借鉴其它工程机械在功率节能匹配方面的研究,结合混凝土泵车自身的实际情况,用理论与实践相结合的方法,在对混凝土泵车用柴油机的特性和主油泵的特性理论分析的基础上,做了大量实车打泵实验,并通过对实验数据分析研究,提出运用区间设定匹配法和转速感应控制对发动机和液压系统进行功率节能匹配控制。最后将依据此功率匹配控制方法得到的混凝土泵车新的节能控制程序与原控制程序做了打泵油耗对比实验,结果显示此功率匹配控制的节能效果显著,具有一定的实用性。 After analyzing the power system of concrete pump truck,reasons for high fuel consumption of the concrete pump truck is concluded.In reference to these reasons,it takes examples of power-matching control of energy-saving for other engineering machinery with the consideration of its own actual situation of the pump truck,and lots of pumping experiments with the pump truck are carried out on basis of theoretical analysis of characteristics of the engine and main pump applied on the truck combining theory with practice,Based on the analytical research of the experimental data,the matching method of interval and rev sensing control is proposed to realize the control for energy-saving of the engine and hydraulic system.Finally,the pumping tests on fuel consumption of the pump are compared between new energy-saving control program,which is obtained from the power-matching control method,and the original program,which result shows that the energy-saving effect with power-matching control is remarkable and practical in a certain degree.
