摘要
复合地层载荷的时变性及盾构切削系统动力传递的复杂性使得对切削系统及其相关零部件的设计校核变得较为困难。通过刚柔耦合方法,根据复合地层外部载荷特征,以切削系统主轴承内圈(大齿圈)为分析对象,将其作为柔性体对盾构切削系统进行接触力求解,以获得的接触力作为外载进行轴承内圈的有限元分析。所建模型及采用的分析方法有效提高了复杂载荷边界条件的提取效率及有限元仿真精度,为进行盾构切削系统关键零部件的设计校核奠定了基础。
The time variation of composite strata load and the complexity of the power transfer of the shield machine cutting system make the design and check of the cutting system and related parts more difficult.Through the rigid flexible coupling method,the contact force solution of the shield machine cutting system is implemented with the large gear ring being treated as a flexible body based on the external load characteristics of composite strata,and a finite element analysis of bearing inner race is carried out by taking the contact force obtained as external load.The model built and the analytical method adopted improves the extraction efficiency of the complex loading boundary conditions and the accuracy of finite element simulation,which makes a foundation for design and check of the key parts of the shield machine cutting systems.
