摘要
综合运用基于有限元的疲劳分析法。结合柔体动力学理论,以综合模态法为基础,建立中滑门虚拟样机有限元分析模型,分析某微型车中滑门开启、关闭沉重问题。利用已建好的刚柔耦合的中滑门虚拟样机模型,仿真分析滚轮位置如何影响滑门在开闭过程中的动态响应,以承重轮受力状态最优为目标,改善滑门开闭过程中受力突变或过大状况,然后据此对中滑门滚轮位置进行优化调整,对改善前后各铰链寿命进行预估对比,以此为评价标准,对中滑门的优化状态进行综合评价。
A FEM analytical model for virtual prototype of a sliding-door is established with the FEM-based fatigue analysis method combing theory of flexible dynamics,based on comprehensive modal to analyze the overbalance problem of open-close process of the vehicle door.Through using the virtual prototype model of the rigid and flexible sliding-door system,a dynamic response of the door is simulated and analyzed on how the positions of the idlers influence during open-close process of the door.To optimize the strained condition of the bearing wheel,improve the overloaded state or eliminate the abrupt force on it,the position of idler of the door is optimized and adjusted.Then the life of the gemels before and after the improvement is compared by estimation according to which the optimal condition shall be evaluated comprehensively for the sliding door.
