摘要
以坝面机械密封环为研究对象,研究其在不同温度及转速下的密封性能。针对坝面密封接触面小的特点,利用ANSYS软件模拟其密封特性,分析结果表明,随着转速的升高,端面内侧温升相对传统的机械密封上升幅度较小,相对接触宽度减小,最大接触压力有减小趋势;随着温度的提高,坝面密封端面间隙减小,在一定程度上增强结构的密封性能,但同时内侧接触压力及温度有一定的提高,使磨损增强,但综合考虑下,该坝面密封能很好的适合中高温及高转速的密封环境。
By choosing dam seal ring as research object,the sealing performance in different temperature and different speed is studied.In response to the features of less contact area of the dam sealing,its seal characteristics are simulated by ANSYS,which results reveal that,with the velocity increases,the temperature of interior face rises relatively compared with the traditional mechanical seal,and relative contact area decreases with contact pressure being lower.While with rising of temperature,the clearance of dam seal becomes smaller,which may enhance the sealing performance to a certain extent,at the same time,interior contact pressure and temperature rises,which would increase abrasion.Above all by considering comprehensively,the dam seal suits well to the mid-high temperature and high speed sealing environment.
