摘要 为在王庄煤矿进行充填采煤,研制出具有高水膨胀特性的充填材料并对采空区充填系统工艺进行了研究。该材料具有膨胀性能好、固化时间短、早期强度高、可自流输送等特点。材料2 h内呈液态并具有良好的流动性,可自流输送;2 h后开始固化并伴随体积膨胀,能够实现主动接顶支护;12 h单向抗压强度达0.5 MPa;28 d单向抗压强度达2.2 MPa。结果表明:采用该高水膨胀材料充填开采后,采煤工作面超前压力峰值大幅减小,矿压显现不明显;充填区域顶底板移近量最大仅为20 mm;工作面对应的地表最大下沉值为5 mm。 In order to have a backfill mining in Wangzhuang Mine,a backfill material with high water swelling features was researched and developed.A study on the goaf backfill system and technique was conducted.The backfill material had an good swelling,short setting time,high early strength,flow transportation and other features.The material would be in liquid within two hours and have a good flowability and flow transportation.After the first two hours,the material would begin to consolidate and swell and would actively connect with the goaf roof.After twelve hours,the uniaxial compression strength would be reached at 0.5 MPa and after 28 days,the uniaxial compression strength would be reached at 2.2 MPa.The results showed that after the high water swelling material applied to the backfill mining,the pilot roof pressure peak of the coal mining face would be highly reduced and the mine pressure behavior would not be obvious.The max convergence between the roof and floor in the goaf was only 20 mm and the max ground surface subsidence related to the coal mining face was 5 mm.
