摘要
为筛选出较抗病的品种在荆州及类似气候地区推广种植,或筛选出抗多种病害的种质资源用于葡萄抗病育种,以栽培在长江大学塑料大棚基地的欧亚种葡萄9307、维多利亚、研选5号、粉红亚都蜜、矢富罗莎、红霞、凤凰51号、早紫、紫珍珠等9个品种,及露地栽培的爱格丽、88-02、88-03、88-04、早熟红无核、藤稔、SO4等7个品种为试材,在不同发病时期对黑痘病、白粉病、霜霉病的田间抗病性进行鉴定。结果表明,供试品种对白粉病、霜霉病和黑痘病的抗性存在一定差异,SO4综合抗性最好,88-03、88-04抗性较强,爱格丽、88-02、藤稔、早熟红无核、早紫和凤凰51号抗性较弱,维多利亚、9307、紫珍珠、矢富罗莎、粉红亚都蜜、研选5号和红霞综合抗性最弱。因此,SO4、88-03、88-04可作为葡萄抗3种病害的抗性种质资源加以利用。
9307 Victoria,YanXuan 5,FenHongYaDuMi,Yatomi Rosa,Hongxia,Phoenix 51,early purple,purple pearl of 9 Vitis vinifera cultivars were used and cultivated in the big plastic house and Ecolly,88-02,88-03,88-04,Zaoshuhongwuhe,Fujiminori,SO4 of 7 grape varieties were used and cultivated in open field as experimental materials.All varieties were from College of Horticulture and Gardening,Yangtze University in Jingzhou.The disease-resistance identification of anthracnose,powdery mildew,downy mildew at different susceptible period were done by surveying the diseases in field in order to select more disease-resistant varieties to cultivate in Jingzhou and similar climatic regions or select disease-resistant germplasm to breed disease-resistant varieties.The results showed that the resistances of tested cultivars to powdery mildew,downy mildew and anthracnose had some differences.Among these varieties,multi-resistance of SO4 was the best;88-03,88-04 were secondary,Ecolly,88-02,Fujiminori,Zaoshuhongwuhe,early purple,Phoenix 51 were thirdly,Victoria,9307,purple pearl,Yatomi Rosa,FenHongYaDuMi,YanXuan 5 and Hongxia were last ones.Therefore,SO4、88-03、88-04 can be used as the germplasm of resistance to these three diseases.
