摘要
针对风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障特点,研发了一套齿轮的故障诊断软件。软件利用VisualC++和Matlab混合编程实现。采集了故障齿轮的振动信号并用该软件进行了时频分析、解调分析和倒谱分析,分析结果与实际故障吻合良好。
A set of fault diagnosis software is developed based on the gear box character of Wind Turbine Generator System by hybrid programming of VC and Matlab.The results of time-frequency analysis,demodulation and cepstrum analysis of the vibration signal of fault gear coincide well with the actual fault signal by using this software.
