摘要
根据光伏电池实用模型,在Matlab/Simulink环境下,结合S函数的编写建立其动态仿真模型。该模型可以模拟实际光伏电池在不同的太阳辐射强度、环境温度下的I-U和P-U特性曲线,并且具有在一定光照强度和环境温度下跟踪太阳能电池最大输出功率的功能。仿真结果表明,太阳辐射强度增大,光伏电池输出功率增大;环境温度上升,光伏电池输出功率呈下降趋势。
Based on the utility model of photovoltaic cells,the simulation model of photovoltaic cells based on S-function was built in Matlab/Simulink environment.The model could simulate the I-U and P-U features of the actual photovoltaic cells at different radiant intensity and temperature.In addition to that,the model included the function of maximum power point tracking.Simulation results showed that,the maximum power of photovoltaic cells increasedwith the increase of radiation intensity and decreased with the increase of temperature.
