摘要
以影响微型断路器机械寿命的锁扣量为优化目标,计算机辅助公差分析为基础,引入零部件受力分析和尺寸敏感度分析,优化影响锁扣量的关键尺寸公差。分析结果表明,相对于不考虑受力的公差模型,考虑受力的公差模型的公差分析结果更接近于实际,并根据现有的制造能力,提出了增加机械寿命的改进方案。
Take lock distance which effected miniature circuit breaker(MCB)as the optimization objective,computer aidded tolerance analysis as the basis,the parts stress analysis and dimension sensitivity analysis were brought in to optimize the critical dimensional tolerance which effected lock distance.The results showed that compared with taking no account of stressed tolerance model,it was closer to the facts when stressed tolerance model was considered.Furthermore,the improvement scheme for increasing mechanical life was proposed according to current manufacturing capability.
