Prediction of Critical Non-silting Velocity in Two-phase Flow Pipeline Transport

摘要 笔者通过大量试验资料,对国内外几个用得较多的关于计算临界不淤流速计算公式进行了验算,发现这些公式的计算值与实测值之间有较大的误差。为了研究这一问题,笔者采用了西德广泛应用的M. Weber教授的阻力公式进行了数学处理,得到了临界不淤流速表达式。经过大量计算与验证试验表明,该式与实际相吻合。不过对不同的物料,其系数有所不同。 Through a lot of experimental data, the authors have checked several formulae for calculating the non-silting velocity, which are popularized abroad and at home, and found that there are some greater errors between the computation values of these formulae and the pratical meas measurememt-values. In order to solve this problem, the authers have obtained an expression for calculating the critical non-silting velocity by numerical Processing the weber's resistance formula, which is widely used in west Germany, The experimental results are Consistent with those of the calculation values of this expression. only using different coefficients for different solid materials.
