摘要
高校图书馆的服务创新应坚持以人为本的个性化服务理念,重点做好以下工作:将读者纳入图书馆管理体系,提高读者满意度;建立共建共享模式,加强图书馆网络服务功能;营造人性化的服务环境,制定人性化规章制度;对研究型读者提供有特色的服务,以此不断提高高校图书馆服务工作的质量和效率。
University library service innovation should adhere to the people-centered personalized service concept,focusing on the following jobs:will the reader into the library management system,enhances the reader satisfaction,Establish the co-construction and sharing mode,strengthen library network service function,Create humanized service environment,formulate the humanized rules;In research-type provides readers with distinctive sevice,to continuously improve academic library service quality and efficiency.
