摘要
术前胆道外引流对阻塞性黄疸肝切除术后残肝细胞再生能力影响尚不清楚。本实验通过检测能反映肝细胞再生能力的肝细胞核ＤＮＡ含量，有丝核分裂计数（ＭＩ）和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）标记指数变化，对胆总管梗阻５ 天大鼠胆道外引流１、３、５天，然后观察７０％ 肝切除对残肝细胞再生能力的影响。实验结果表明：胆道外引流对肝细胞再生能力有抑制影响。
The effect of external biliary drainage on liver regeneration was studied in rats.Jaundiced rats were obtained by ligating the common bile duct for 5 days.Hepatectomy was curried out at 1、3 and 5 days after biliary decompression.These results showed the efficacy of biliary drainage for improving serum bilirubin levels and other parameters of liver function,but the regeneration capacity of the reaming liver which was estimated by PCNA-lablling index、Mitotic index and DNA in the cell nuclei was markedly suppressed.
