摘要
介绍了福建贝类的资源概况和加工利用现状,从贝类净化、贝类食品风险控制、贝类深加工和综合利用、贝类多营养层次的综合养殖模式实施等方面,提出了发展福建贝类产业的四个措施。
This study introduced the resources overview and processing utilization of shellfish in Fujian and proposed four measures for Fujian shellfish development from the aspects of shellfish purification,shellfish risk control,deep processing and comprehensive utilization of shellfish,and implementation of integrated multi-tropic level shellfish culture model.
