摘要
将经典的PBL教学模式与传统讲授法相结合的改良教学模式应用于肾内科的临床实习,可以提高临床实习医师的教学质量。通过加强教师培训、精心设计改良PBL教学方案和建立科学的评估体系从而加强学生主观能动性的发挥,提高了学生询问病史和体格检查等临床实践的基本技能,使其尽早从学生式的思维模式转向医生的思维模式。
Clinical practice is an important part of medical education.This paper investigates the effect of the combination of PBL and traditional methods in clinical practice of nephrology so as to promote the teaching quality.Through strengthening faculty training,improving PBL teaching method,and establishing scientific evaluation system,the students' initiatives are cultivated,in the process of which their basic clinical abilities in inquiring patients' history and making physical examination are improved.As a result,the transition from student thinking model to doctor's has been achieved.
