摘要
采用煤体注水、顶煤松动爆破和顶板预裂爆破3种工艺的注水-爆破联合弱化技术对"两硬"综放工作面顶煤进行弱化,使顶煤可放性大幅度提高。实践结果表明:注水-爆破联合弱化技术可以使煤体受到振动、碎裂,有效提高了顶煤裂隙发育程度,减小了顶煤破碎块度,弱化了工作面上方顶煤的整体性,使顶煤运动步距有所减小,直接顶能够及时冒落。
The combined weakening technology based on water infusion-blasting method,including water infusion in coal seam,loose blasting for top coal and pre-blasting in coal seam,was adopted to weaken the mechanized caving face of "Two-Hard"(hard roof and hard coal seam),after that,the difficulty degree of top-coal caving was greatly released.Analysis shows that: vibration and fragmentation caused by the combined weakening technology can improve the development degree in crack of top-coal,reduce the fragmentation of top-coal and weaken the integrity of top-coal above the coal face effectively,thus,movement step can be reduced and the immediate roof can also fall in time.
