摘要
简述了焦炭强度的影响因素,并选取配合煤的挥发分、粘结指数、灰分和硫分为影响因素,以某焦化厂原料煤和相应焦炭质量数据进行多元线性回归,建立了焦炭机械强度预测模型。结果表明,所建模型可以有效依据配合煤的挥发分、粘结性、灰分和硫分4个质量指标,预测焦炭质量,满足生产过程对质量指标的控制要求。
Factors affecting the coke strength was introduced,and the volatile,caking index,ash content and sulfur content of blending coals was selected.A prediction model for coke strength was established using the multiple linear regression method based on the four index of blending coals and its corresponding coke quality.The result shows that this model not only can forecast the coke strength effectively but also can meet the demand of coke quality controlling.
